Don Mathewson is Chairman of the Board and has been a Director since 1996. Don is a Senior Manager with Hudson Career Management, where he leads a team of Career Consultants and is Executive Coach for Senior Executives. Previously Don was a Director with World Vision International and on the Senior Leadership Team of World Vision Australia. He is a member of the Australian Association of Career Practitioners and the Australian Association of Psychological Type. Don’s son is an employee at Cumberland Industries Ltd.

Trevor Parmenter is Foundation Professor of Developmental Disability, Faculty of Medicine and Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Education & Social Work, University of Sydney and Director, Centre for Developmental Disability Studies. He sits on several boards of disability organisations. He is a Fellow of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities, Australasian Society for the Study of Intellectual Disability, American Association for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and the Australian College of Educators.

Stephen Treloar is Chief Executive Officer of Cumberland Industries Ltd. Former positions include Lecturer at the University of Western Sydney and University of NSW and Managing Director of Umbro International Pty Ltd and Uhlsport Australia Pty Ltd. Stephen is a Member of the Board of GROW ACC and Western Sydney Academy of Sport (WSAS), Chairman Finance & Governance (WSAS), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Churchill Fellow.

Is the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mustafa has over 30 years of experience as an Accountant, Tax Auditor, and CPA. He handles all financial management matters of the company and heads a team of accountants, assistant accountants and accounts staff. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Masters of Finance. He also lectures part time at Macquarie University, and is a volunteer director for both an open employment service, and a disability residential service.

Gordon Pendlebury
Gordon Pendlebury was appointed to the Board in March 1998. He is a Director of G Pendlebury & Sons, an engineering company he established in 1975 and also involved in property development. Gordon is involved with Meals on Wheels and Toastmasters. He is President of Springwood Toastmasters and has held many executive positions including Area Governor for two consecutive years. Gordon holds qualifications in small business management and conflict resolution, and is an accredited trainer.

Allan Jones
Allan Jones was appointed to the Board in 2001 and is a Board member of AFDL. Allan is the Managing Director of Sign A Rama, North Sydney, and was previously in retail and hotel management. Allan has managed and coached baseball teams for people with a disability in the Parramatta /Hills district with the Recreation Services team of the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC). Alan’s son works at Pak-It-Rite at Castle Hill.

Michele Phillips B Bus MBA GAICD
Michele Phillips joined the Board in May 2007. A Director of Red Fish Capital, previously Michele was Vice President, Electrolux Asia Pacific, held senior executive roles with multinational food companies and was a lecturer at tertiary level. She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the St James Ethics Centre. Awards include the AICD 2006 International Company Directors course scholarship and the 2007 UTS (University of Technology, Sydney) Professional Alumni Achievement Award.

Kingsley Stewart
Kingsley Stewart joined the Board in 2002. He is General Manager, Domain Group and has consulted to government and major corporations on security and investigation issues. Kingsley has managed sporting teams for people with a disability and was Vice President of the Australian Wheelchair Hockey Team for the 2003 World Cup. He is a Member of the NSW Justices Association, Institute of Security Executives, National Security Association of Australia, American Society for Industrial Security and Fire Protection Association of Australia

Ken Brown Cert MechEng
Ken Brown has appointed to the Board in 1997. He has held senior executive positions with Steel Mains, which manufactured major water and gas supply pipelines, including Bass Strait oil and gas offshore platforms. Ken has been President of the Parents & Citizens Committee at special schools in NSW and Victoria and Chairman of the Disability Advisory Committee to the City of Doncaster, Victoria and is President of Pennant Hills Probus. Ken has a daughter who is employed at Castle Hill branch.

Dr Diane Ball PhD, MBA, BHA, GCCM, GAICD
Dianne Ball was appointed to the Board in March 2007. Dianne is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Australian College of Health Service Executives (ACHSE), Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Focused Medical and holds an adjunct appointment with Charles Sturt University in the School of Health Sciences. Dianne is a Fellow of ACHSE, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and a member of Rotary International.

Mr Sam Palmer LLB MPhil (Hons)
Sam Palmer was appointed to the Board in 2002. Sam has practised law in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Commercial/Corporate and Banking and Finance. For the past five years, Sam has been a Senior Associate at Middletons Lawyers where he acts for some of Australia's largest banks and financial institutions in loan transactions with ASX listed companies and proprietary companies. Sam has two daughters, one with multiple disabilities.

Jim Taggart was appointed to the Board in April 2007. Jim is Managing Director of The Taggart Group Pty Ltd and Taggart Nominees Pty Ltd and co-director of Sentag Finance Pty Ltd. He is NSW Director, Association of Financial Advisers [AFA], a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia, Chairperson of the Advisory Committee for TAFE NSW Western Sydney Institute and the Hills Excellence in Business Committee and a Board Member, Smithfield Wetherill Park Chamber of Commerce.
